These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by DBI Ceylon Pvt Ltd (trading as Moi Hotels). By using the site you agree to them. They are a website-use agreement, not a room contract.

A stay is confirmed only when our reservations team sends a booking confirmation. Rates, cancellation, deposits, check-in times, and house rules are those stated in that confirmation (and they can differ by property).

We try to keep descriptions, photographs, and availability information accurate, but they are a guide. Features, services, and images may change. Property pages may include Google reviews and maps supplied by Google; we are not responsible for third-party content.

Do not misuse the site (for example by attempting to break security, scrape at a scale that harms the service, or submit false enquiries).

Contact forms and WhatsApp links open a conversation with our reservations team. Submitting a form or message is a request, not a confirmed booking. We aim to reply within one business day.

Prices and availability quoted after an enquiry are valid only for the period we state. Payment instructions, if any, come from reservations — this site does not take card payments for rooms.

If you subscribe, we will send occasional stories and offers. You can unsubscribe using the method described in those emails or by contacting us. We use your address only for that purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Gift cards are issued by our reservations team after you request one (including via WhatsApp). They are not an instant online purchase. Vouchers are valid at Moi Collection and DBI Select properties on the terms we confirm when we issue the card. Unused value, expiry, and redemption rules are those in the voucher we send you.

The Moi Hotels name, DBI Select name, site design, and original photographs and text are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent. You may share links to public pages.

The website is provided as a practical way to explore our stays and get in touch. We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for issues outside our control (including your device, your connection, or third-party sites you leave us for). Nothing in these terms limits liability that Sri Lankan law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts in Sri Lanka have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you may have in your own country.
